Who provides the service

Metrinel is provided by Eneko Seriola, Spanish tax ID (NIF) 73120369B, with registered address at Calle Señorío de Egulbati 2, 3A, 31016 Pamplona, Spain. Contact: eneko@evolv.es.

What Metrinel is

Metrinel connects Claude to your Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console data with read-only access. No Metrinel tool creates or changes anything in your Google accounts. Answers are generated by Claude and may contain errors: check them before making important decisions.

Your account

You sign up with your Google account. You must be authorized to query the data you give access to. Keep your API keys as safe as a password and revoke them in your dashboard if they are exposed. You are responsible for what is queried with them.

Trial and subscription

New accounts get Pro for 30 days with no card required. When the trial ends, the account moves to the Free plan and its limits. While you have more data sources or accounts enabled than your plan allows, Claude can't query your data until you disable the extras or subscribe to Pro.

Pro is paid monthly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically. You can cancel it from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

You may not use Metrinel to access third-party data without permission, bypass its technical limits, resell access or breach Google's or Anthropic's terms. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

The service depends on Google and Claude and may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Metrinel is not liable for decisions made based on Claude's answers or for indirect damages.

Personal data

We process your data as explained in the privacy policy.

Cancellation and changes

You can stop using Metrinel whenever you want and ask us to delete your account at eneko@evolv.es. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you by email before they apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Competent courts: the Courts of Pamplona, unless consumer protection rules establish a different venue.
