Data controller
Eneko Seriola, Spanish tax ID (NIF) 73120369B, with registered address at Calle Señorío de Egulbati 2, 3A, 31016 Pamplona, Spain. For any question about your data, write to eneko@evolv.es.
What data we process
- Your Google email, name and profile picture, to identify your account.
- Your Google access tokens, stored encrypted. Claude never receives them.
- The list of your sites, accounts and properties, which we request from Google to show it in your dashboard, and the rules for the ones you have disabled.
- Usage events: which tool was called and when. They don't record the content of your queries.
- The name of your API keys and when they were last used. Keys are stored as a hash.
- Subscription data: status, period end and Stripe identifiers. We don't store card details.
What we use it for
Only to give Claude read access to the Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Search Console data you choose, manage your account and charge your subscription. The legal basis is the performance of the contract you accept when you sign up.
When you ask Claude something, Metrinel queries Google with your permission and hands the result to Claude so it can answer you. We don't keep those results permanently: they only pass through a temporary in-memory cache.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Only the providers needed to run the service are involved:
- Google, where your data is read from at your request.
- Anthropic, which receives in Claude the results of the queries you ask for.
- Stripe, which processes payments.
- Hetzner and Vercel, which host the service and the website.
Google user data
Metrinel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't use this data for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models, and no person reads it unless you ask us to, the law requires it or it is necessary for security.
How to revoke access
- In your dashboard, switch off the sites, accounts or properties Claude shouldn't read, and revoke your API keys there.
- Click Disconnect Google in your dashboard. Metrinel revokes its Google permission and deletes your tokens.
- You can also remove Metrinel's permission at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- With either of the last two options, we can no longer read your Google account until you connect it again.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete it at eneko@evolv.es, we delete your data except what the law requires us to keep, such as billing records.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at eneko@evolv.es. If you believe we haven't handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).
